Fulfillment and Shipping FAQ

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders from Lines of Lila are received within 24* working hours to ensure accurate shipping calculation and order information. Our office is located in Kuwait and artworks are readily available for shipping within 24 working hours via FedEx Express or Aramex through the drop shipping system. Select art prints, clothing, and gift items are handled by our partner company in the US*.

*For gallery and boutique items produced in the USA, orders are fulfilled within 72 working hours. Our partner company currently operates 4 production facilities, each located in such way so that delivery is possible to 90% of USA destinations within 2 working days with USPS ground shipping. When orders are received, the system automatically sends the order to the production facility that is located closest to the delivery destination. Also, the system considers which facility has the most free production capacity so your order is being worked on without first waiting in a long line.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Items produced by our partner company in the USA are shipped separately (see table below). Artworks and items produced in Kuwait are shipped immediately after the 24-hour fulfillment process. Shipment companies have varying transit time, and we ensure that orders are delivered in two weeks' time. However, order location will determine the expected delivery date and time of shipment. Lines of Lila will provide you a tracking code for you to monitor shipment status of your order.

For items produced in the USA via the USPS shipping system, delivery time is as follows:

**Add fulfillment time of approximately 3 days after our partner company receives your order. Overnight shipping is not yet available.

Will I be charged additional fees on delivery/pickup?

Shipping Surcharges. For some freight carriers, additional shipping charges (additional delivery fees) may or may not apply to some Lines of Lila's items (e.g. painting on canvas). Such additional charges may or may not apply as items vary in size, weight, or special handling that is required to make sure your order reaches you safely.

However, for postal courier services, we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
